This Privacy Policy was created in strict compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").

5. With whom do we share your personal data?

5.1. Providers of financial services. It may be banks, payment services providers and other financial institutions that provide the services to us in order for us to be able to accept the payment for our Services from you.

5.2. Service providers. They may include, but not limited to software providers, game suppliers, verification tools providers, host providers and other related.

5.3. To the regulatory bodies, government agencies, police, courts, anti-fraud agencies and other related bodies upon the lawful requests or in respect of subpoena, prevention of Money laundering, terrorism financing, corruption and other illegal activity.

All Company employees are required to be compliant with the current Privacy Policy. All employees of the Company are obliged to process your personal information in the regime of strict confidentiality.

6. How do we store your personal information and Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

Please note, that our business is global, and we may store and transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. We ensure all necessary security measures and do follow all modern standards of Data Protection.

If you reside in the European Economic Area and object to transfer the data outside the EEA, you may notify us about that intention in any time, but, please note, that in such case it may be impossible to provide you with Website Services.

We store your personal data as long as you have an account on the Website and as long as it required by laws.
Please note, that, under the anti-money laundering, counter terrorism financing and other applicable regulations we have to store your verification and financial data as it required by laws up to 10 (ten) years from the time the last transaction have occurred.
